Getting started

As a clinician, you can get the Basic subscription. Once you get your subscription, you will fill out the clinician info in its entirety and submit it to the site, which will take up to 24 hours to publish the profile online.

Therapy scout pro allows for licensed mental health clinicians, licensed social workers, licensed marriage and family therapists, licensed psychologist, licensed psychiatrist, and licensed psych med prescribers. Therapy Scout Pro also allows pre-licensed mental health clinicians, marriage and family therapists, and social workers, with the provision of an associate license and supervision information.

Therapy Scout Pro offers a mental health directory for therapy seekers and clinicians. Therapy seekers can browse profiles using filtered information to find the best fit for them. Clinicians can market their practice and find clients who are a good fit.

Billing

Once a clinician refers another clinician to Therapy Scout Pro, the next month will be a free month for the referring clinician.

Therapy Scout Pro does not have a refund policy. However, we can immediately end a subscription at the clinician’s request.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You will see an icon on your profile that says cancel my subscription which will be emailed to the therapy scout pro management. Once we receive this email for cancellation, we will send out a confirmation cancellation email.

Profile & Referrals

You can update your email address on your profile as well as provide an email directly to therapy scout pro to update email address.

To improve your profile, you can make as many changes that you would like. Therapy Scout Pro can provide information on how to have a profile that stands out from the rest.

Since Therapy Scout Pro is newer and we are just getting started, we ask you to be patient with referrals. We will work diligently to market our directory so that you can expect in the beginning one to two referrals a month.
